Cold War Creations Clock Warranty. the warranty period starts from date of purchase.

• What is covered

  
  

  The case, circuit board and switches from any manufacturing defects (1 year). The Nixie tubes are covered for incomplete digits and/or blank digits. Neon colons are covered for failed colons. Tubes and colons are covered for 1 year, except IN-16/IN-18 Nixie tubes, which are warrantied 6 months from date of purchase.

• What is not covered

  
  

  Breakage due to misuse, neglect, water damage or outdoor use. Damage due to incorrect voltage converters is not covered. Minor flickering of neon colons is not covered.

  All orders are insured. Glass clocks are double boxed for protection. USA Orders are shipped UPS - Delivery in 2-3 days for larger items, 1st Class Mail for small items. Different shipment options are available. Contact Cold War Creations for any additional shipping requirements.

  All orders are insured. Glass clocks are double boxed for protection. International Orders are shipped USPS Express Mail with insurance and tracking - Delivery in 6-30 days (sometimes a package will sit in customs for weeks). Note: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. By law, we must declare all items at their full value and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees and administrative fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our control and beyond the original delivery estimates.

If you refuse a shipment from Cold War Creations or refuse to pay any import fees that may be due, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any customs or taxes, and the cost of returning the package to Cold War Creations. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the event that the return fee exceeds the order total, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
